Refund Policy – Sky Lark Edutech

At Sky Lark Edutech, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course or program.

1. Registration Fee

All registration or admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are used for administrative processing and seat allocation.

2. Course Fee Refund Eligibility

Refunds on course fees may be considered only under the following conditions:

a) Before Course Commencement

If a student cancels enrollment before the course begins, a partial refund may be granted after deducting:

Registration fee

Processing charges (10–20%)

b) After Course Commencement

Once classes have started:

No refund will be provided after attending any class.

Course materials, digital access, and academic resources are non-refundable.

3. Short-Term / Workshop Programs

Fees for:

Workshops

Crash courses

Skill training modules

are strictly non-refundable due to limited seats and upfront resource allocation.

4. Transfer Policy

Instead of refunds, students may request:

Course transfer to another batch (subject to approval)

Transfer to another course of equal value

This is at the sole discretion of Sky Lark Edutech management.

5. Cancellation by Institute

If a course is cancelled by Sky Lark Edutech due to unforeseen reasons:

Students will receive a full refund OR

Option to transfer to another batch/course.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within: 7–15 working days

via the original payment method (bank transfer / UPI / digital payment).

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

Lack of attendance or discontinuation by the student

Personal reasons or change of plans

Failure to clear exams or academic dissatisfaction

Disciplinary termination

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, students must submit:

Written application

Payment receipt

Valid reason for cancellation
